PROJECT: Manhattan Casual French Modernist
Our longtime clients originally from Chicago and then Washington, DC ended up retiring in Manhattan. They purchased an upper-eastside pre-war co-op, an entire floor with its own elevator vestibule. Our clients had eclectic modern taste, but on this project, fell in love with early French-Modernist furniture with classic 20th century pieces. We used Farrow and Ball paints with their chalky flat finish, as well as Main Cottage furniture with a custom color line created specially for this project.
