Maienza+Wilson Interior Design, Interior Decoration and Garden Design

Nestled among the Coastal Oaks and set against the backdrop of Montecito's pristine Butterfly Beach, John and Gregg's creation, the Montecito Garden Beach House, emerges as a masterpiece designed by a renowned Seattle architect. This beach house, conceived with Wilson's innovative vision, transforms garden design by seamlessly blurring the lines between outdoor and indoor living spaces, epitomizing the quintessential California lifestyle.
Drawing on their extensive travels to Bali and Southeast Asia, John and Gregg have masterfully blended the interiors of the Garden Beach House with a captivating mix of drama, comfort, and luxury. The home is enriched with a carefully selected collection of hand-crafted art and antiques from Indonesia, Japan, and mainland China, contributing to its unique Pacific Rim style. This eclectic mix not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the home but also pays tribute to the diverse cultures that influence the Pacific Rim style.

Surrounding the property, an exceptional and eco-conscious fence and gate made of split bamboo and Teak, adorned with intricately woven features from vibrant green bamboo shoots, encapsulates the essence of this beachside paradise. This artistic feature not only enhances the privacy and security of the Garden Beach House but also complements its Pacific Rim style, reinforcing the property's connection to its natural surroundings and Montecito's Butterfly Beach.

The Montecito Garden Beach House stands as a testament to the California lifestyle, where the garden interior and outdoor spaces redefine indoor-outdoor living. The strategic integration of garden and beach house elements ensures that every moment spent here is an immersive experience, capturing the serene beauty of Montecito's Butterfly Beach and the laid-back luxury of the California lifestyle.

Through the Montecito Garden Beach House, John and Gregg have created a sanctuary that harmoniously combines the elements of a garden beach house with the elegance and tranquility of beach house living. This remarkable residence not only offers a peaceful retreat but also embodies the adventurous spirit of the Pacific Rim style, making it a jewel among the coastal homes of Montecito, near Butterfly Beach.
